All Entrants
CONTEST TERM
The “All Entrants” contest begins January 15, 2025, at (12:01:00 AM) US Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends February 28, 2025, at 11:59:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “contest”).
All entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that the entrant’s submission complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
WHO MAY ENTER
The competition is open to any living photographer, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, from any country. The Caribbean
Photo Contest is a skill-based competition and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
HOW TO ENTER
Purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

Each Entry consists of an entry form, a single image or series of images, and an entry fee. The “All Entrants” contest entry fee is USD
$15 per entry for a single image/ $30.00 per entry for a Series (2 to 5 images). To enter, visit www.caribbeanphotocontests.com to
complete an entry form with the required information, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and photo
caption (if desired, but not required); and submit along with your fee and photograph in accordance with the instructions that follow.
Each entry must comply with the following requirements (the “Photograph Requirements”):
REQUIREMENTS
Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this
Contest. The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies or photographic prints are
acceptable. Digital photographs should be submitted at 150dpi.
All digital files must not exceed 4MB (megabytes) per file in RGB format, or saved as JPEGs (.jpg) format, and must be at least 1,000
pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,000 pixels tall (if a vertical image). Photographs must have been taken within two (2) years
before the date of entry and may not previously have won an award in the Caribbean Photo Contest.
Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable, as is cropping. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched
panoramas are NOT acceptable. Any changes to the original Photograph not itemized here are unacceptable and will render the
Photograph ineligible for a prize.
Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute
copyright infringement or fraud; provided that entrants must be prepared to provide a release form as described below in “Release”.
Photographing the work of others is NOT allowed.
The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single or series of work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the
Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work/s created solely by the
entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual
property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
The photograph must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually
explicit, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
The entries will be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria, as defined below. All entries must be submitted and received by February 28, 2025, at 11:59:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet domain owner, or other person or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to examine the original photograph/source material in order to confirm compliance with these rules.
Note: The entry submission page is expected to receive many visitors immediately before the entry deadline. If the website is experiencing a lot of
traffic, issues may arise such as slow processing times or the inability to submit entries. To avoid these potential problems, you are encouraged to
submit your entries about 14 days before the entry deadlines.
ENTRY FEES
Single Image: $15.00 USD
Series (2 to 5 images) *: $30.00 USD
All Entrants must include the appropriate entry fee payable in U.S. currency.
PAYMENT: The entry fee consists of two submission options 1) $15 USD – single image entrance fee or 2) $30.00 USD-Series (2 to 5
images) entrance fee. There is no limit on the number of entries.

CATEGORIES
The Winter – 2025 contest is an “Open Theme”. There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Each entry must comply with the following requirements previously stated above.
IDENTIFYING MARKS & SIGNATURES
No signature, stamp or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the image or digital file. Any submissions that include or
contain such marks are automatically disqualified.
CONTEST PRIZES
One Grand Prize will be awarded.
Grand Prize: (1) TBD for the winner and one (1) guest in 2025; (2) The winning image will be featured on the CPC website, newsletter, and social media.

The Grand Prize will include five (4)-day four (3) nights’ accommodation at TBD ground transportation between the airport and hotel; and meals and other items including trip details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026, or the prize trip will be forfeited. Airfare is NOT included. Travel expenses to/from the prize winner’s home city are not included. Trip dates relate to travel from the United States. Accommodation is subject to availability. Trip specifics are subject to availability. Travelers agree to accept the Caribbean Photo Contest terms and conditions for the trip. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation; meals; incidentals; gratuities; passenger tariffs or duties; airline fees; surcharges; airport fees; service charges or facility charges; personal charges such as alcoholic beverages, spa services, and Internet usage; security fees; taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. The winner and his/her travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the trip for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is US $3,250.
Potential winners shall be required to sign and return within ten (10) days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit, Declaration or
Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and Warranty of Ownership and License in
which the entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the photograph (and all the intellectual property rights in the photograph
submitted) and grants to Sponsor and its licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute,
display, and create derivative works of the entry (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest
without additional compensation. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Sponsor by the specified deadline may
result in disqualification from the Contest, and selection of an alternate potential winner. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution
by winners permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would
be prohibited by law.
NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE, WHETHER BY REGULAR MAIL OR BY E-MAIL,
MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATIVE POTENTIAL WINNER.
JUDGING
All-Entrants
A panel of Caribbean Photo Contest panel of Judges in photography (the “Judges”) will each review all eligible entries based on the
following criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (1) Creativity 50%; (2) Photographic quality 50% and select a group of entries from contestants
that become finalists. Finalist entries will be judged based on creativity, photographic quality and effectiveness in expressing the
contest theme. The Grand Prize Winner, Finalists and Honorable Mention will be announced and published on the “Caribbean Photo
Contest” website and social media.
*Limit one (1) Grand prize winner. (Please Note: The results will render only one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) finalist/s and one Honorable Mention).
Prize winners will be notified by email and announced on our website, e-newsletter, no later than 6 weeks after the end date of the contest.)
The CPC reserves the exclusive right regarding judging to determine winners. Decisions of the Judges are final and binding. Sponsors
reserve the right not to award all prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received, as determined by Sponsors
and Judges in their sole discretion.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be notified the week of March 19, 2025 via email and on the CPC website at www.caribbeanphotocontests.com.

ENTRANT LICENSES/RELEASES
By submitting images, you understand and agree that selected entries and the entrants’ names can and may be used and published by
Caribbean Photo Contest LLC or any other Authorized Party in any CPC contest and all CPC promotional or advertising material,
publications, or its own website, or any other media at the discretion of the CPC. All copyrights are retained by the photographer.
Recognition will be given to the photographer whenever possible. By entering the Contest, all entrants grant a royalty free irrevocable
perpetual non-exclusive license in the entries to Authorized parties and Acknowledge that Authorized Parties may use the entries and a
name credit in any media now or hereafter known, without the restriction, including commercially fully using and exploiting the entries
possible. Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner.
Authorized parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use
or exploitation. Consequently, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in
connection with the Contest, and pictures or likeness of Contest entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion. Authorize
Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or
exploitation. If the photograph or photographs submitted contain any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or
which are subject to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining,
prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph
in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation. If any person appearing in any photograph is under the
age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release.
Upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a signed
release from all persons who appear in the photograph submitted, and/or from the owner of any material that appears in the photograph
entry, authorizing Sponsor and its licensees (“Authorized Parties”) to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the
entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the
form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Contest
and selection of an alternate winner.
Similarly, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a
signed written license from the copyright owner of any sculpture, artwork or other copyrighted material that appears in the photograph
entry, authorizing any Authorized Party to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the
Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor.
Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Finally, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a
signed written license from the owner of any private property included in the photograph entry, authorizing any Authorized Party to
reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media
now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon
request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Sponsor’s request or notification, (a) in the event
that Sponsor sends the request by postal mail, five business days after the request was sent by Sponsor, or (b) in the event that
Sponsor sends the request by e-mail, on the day that the e-mail was sent by Sponsor.
By participating, ALL ENTRANTS grant the Sponsors and their designees, licensees or affiliates (the “Authorized Parties”) a non-
exclusive, worldwide license, through December 24, 2029, to reproduce, distribute, display and post the entries online so that viewers
may view all competing entries. In addition, each WINNER grants to the Authorized Parties a license for use of his/her winning entry in
connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to, print or
digital publication on the CPC Website showcasing the winners; and promotions related to the contest. Authorized Parties will not be
required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
THIRD PARTY RELEASES/LICENSES
Winners authorize Caribbean Photo Contest to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the photograph entry in connection with 2025/26 Photo Contest and promotion of 2025/26 Photo Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to: publication on The CPC website showcasing the winners; The 2025/26 Photo Contest online gallery; the 2025/26 Photo Contest Website and in exhibits and promotions related to the 2025/26 photo contest.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Caribbean Photo Contest, and each of their respective partners,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and
damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of
any prize awarded hereunder.
CONDITIONS
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants agree that this Contest shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the
State of New Jersey and the forum for any dispute shall be in the State of New Jersey, United States of America. To the extent
permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of
disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all
such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the
entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.
By entering, entrants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final and binding with
respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the entrant wins, that Sponsor may use the winning photographs and each
winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without
compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law). All federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, fees and surcharges
and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize
winners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or do not respond within 10 days to a
winner notification as required by the “Contest Prizes” Rules above, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its
sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another entrant.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or entrant (including an entrant’s identity and
address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the
entry process. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to a cyber-attack or attacks, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms,
trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of
Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsors reserve the right,
at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.
If Sponsors elect to cancel or terminate the Contest, Sponsors will not retain any rights in the submitted photographs and will return
the entry fees.
DATA PRIVACY
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and
within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by the Sponsor to
verify the participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in
the Contest. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by writing to Sponsor at
privacy@caribbeanphotocontest.com. Personal data will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated
herein.
NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude
the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Caribbean Photo Contest to mail skill contests or sweepstakes. To elect to
have an individual’s name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request in writing at optout@caribbeanphotocontest.com. This
notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill contests or sweepstakes by the Caribbean Photo Contest to such
individual.

College Student
WHO MAY ENTER
The “College Students” contest is for students currently enrolled at a college or university over 18 years of age and no older than
30 years of age at the time of entry.
CONTEST TERM

ENTRY FEES
The “College Students” contest is Free to Enter. No fee is required. Contestants can submit (1- 5 images). There is no limit on number
of contest entries.
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open only to college students registered at an accredited college or university who are 18 years of age and no older than
30 at the time of entry. Submission entries must be images created by the contestant. Any entries submitted that prove to be created by
anyone other than the contestant will automatically be disqualified from the competition and will also be banned from participating in
any other contest promoted by the Caribbean Photo Contest LLC – CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
TAX CONSQUENCES
Federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. The determination of liability for any federal, state and/or local
taxes that may arise out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest (including the entrant’s receipt of any prizes), and the payment of
any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. However, should federal, state and/or local law impose any tax
reporting or filing obligations on Caribbean Photo Contest LLC and arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest (including the
entrant’s receipt of any prizes), the entrant agrees to timely provide with any information that is reasonably necessary for Caribbean
Photo Contest LLC to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations. In addition, should federal, state or local law impose any tax
withholding obligation on with respect to Caribbean Photo Contest LLC entrant’s receipt of any prizes, the entrant agrees to such
withholding and shall timely provide any information to Caribbean Photo Contest LLC as may be required for Caribbean Photo Contest
LLC to accomplish such withholding.
PRIZES
Grand prize winner will receive prizes that consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or duplicate
prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for any other prize. Regulations and conditions may
apply. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return within (10) days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit,
Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible a Publicity Release and Warranty of Ownership
and License in which contestant warrants, they are the owner of the Photograph/Image and grants the CPC. The Sponsor has the right
to utilize the photograph/image in any and all media without any additional compensation. If the Grand prize winner cannot be
contacted contestant will automatically be disqualified. The Caribbean Photo Contest LLC reserves the right to determine an alternate
winner or not to award that winner’s prize. Any decisions regarding prizes awarded are the sole discretion of Caribbean Photo Contest
LLC.
A) RESTRICTIONS: Employees of Caribbean Photo Contest LLC., its affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible. All federal, state and
local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by Law.
B) THEMES: The 2025/2026 contest is an Open Theme, designated and defined as conveyed with the following restrictions. (“Restrictions,” nudity, pornography, vulgarity, clichés, etc. are not permitted.
JUDGING CRITERIA
All the judging is based on technical quality, artistic expression, creativity and difficulty. In the event of a tie, those entries will be re-
submitted to the Judges for re-judging between the tied entries alone. The CPC reserves the exclusive right regarding judging and re-
judging to determine winners. Decisions of the Judges are final and binding.

Recognition will be given to the photographer whenever possible. By entering the Contest, all entrants grant a royalty free irrevocable
perpetual non-exclusive license in the entries to Authorized parties and Acknowledge that Authorized Parties may use the entries and a
name credit in any media now or hereafter known, without the restriction, including commercially fully using and exploiting the entries
possible. Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner.
Authorized parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use
or exploitation. Consequently, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in
connection with the Contest, and pictures or likeness of Contest entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion. Authorize
Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or
exploitation. If the photograph or photographs submitted contain any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or
which are subject to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining,
prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph
in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation. If any person appearing in any photograph is under the
age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release.
Upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a signed
release from all persons who appear in the photograph submitted, and/or from the owner of any material that appears in the photograph
entry, authorizing Sponsor and its licensees (“Authorized Parties”) to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the
entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the
form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Contest
and selection of an alternate winner.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Sponsor’s request or notification, (a) in the event
that Sponsor sends the request by postal mail, five business days after the request was sent by Sponsor, or (b) in the event that
Sponsor sends the request by e-mail, on the day that the e-mail was sent by Sponsor.
By participating, all contestants grant the CPC and Sponsors and their designees, licensees, or affiliates (the “Authorized Parties”) a non-exclusive, worldwide license, through December 24, 2029, to reproduce, distribute, display, and post the entries online so that viewers may view all competing entries. In addition, each WINNER grants to the Authorized Parties a license for use of his/her winning entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to, print or digital publication on the CPC Website showcasing the winners; and promotions related to the contest. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
THIRD PARTY RELEASES/LICENSES
Winners authorize Caribbean Photo Contest to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the photograph entry in connection with 2025/26 Photo Contest and promotion of 2025/26 Photo Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to: publication on the CPC website showcasing the winners; The 2025/26 Photo Contest online gallery; the 2025/26 Photo Contest Website and in exhibits and promotions related to the 2025/26 photo contest.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Caribbean Photo Contest, and each of their respective
partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any
claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and
use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
CONDITIONS
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants agree that this Contest shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the
State of New Jersey and the forum for any dispute shall be in the State of New Jersey, United States of America. To the extent
permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of
disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all
such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the
entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.
By entering, entrants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final and binding with
respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the entrant wins, that Sponsor may use the winning photographs and each
winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without
compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law). All federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, fees and surcharges
and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize
winners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or do not respond within 10 days to a
winner notification as required by the “Contest Prizes” Rules above, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its
sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another entrant.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or entrant (including an entrant’s identity and
address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the
entry process. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to a cyber-attack or attacks, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms,
trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control
of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsors reserve the right,
at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
Contest. If Sponsors elect to cancel or terminate the Contest, Sponsors will not retain any rights in the submitted photographs and will return

DATA PRIVACY
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and
within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by the Sponsor to
verify the participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in
the Contest. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by writing to Sponsor at
privacy@caribbeanphotocontest.com. Personal data will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated

NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude
the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Caribbean Photo Contest to mail skill contests or sweepstakes. To elect to

Youth
WHO MAY ENTER
The “Youth” contest is for visual artists and photo enthusiasts of any skill level who must be at least 13 years of age at the date contest
begins, but no older than 17 years of age by the date the contest ends. The contest helps young photographers grow and flourish into
the next stages of their careers. Judges are looking for good composition, creativity and clear photographs. Judging will be based on a
single image or a series of images depending on the submission entry.
The Caribbean Photo Contest is a skill-based competition and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
CONTEST TERM
Contest begins September 29, 2024, at (12:01:00 AM) US Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends October 26, 2024, at 11:59:00 pm
US Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “contest”). Submission entries must be received before the entry period ends in order to
participate in contest. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these official rules (“Official Rules”). By entering contest,
each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
Contestants’ images are judged by selected judges determined by the CPC on their skill, creativity, and artistic ability.

Each Entry consists of an entry form, a single image or series of images. The “Youth” contest is Free to enter.

is assumed for lost, late or misdirected submission entries.
REQUIREMENTS
Each entry must comply with the requirements stated below:
Submissions must be entered online at www.caribbeanphotocontest.com in accordance with the instructions specified in the general
contest rules. Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible. No print or film submissions will be accepted for
entry into this Contest. The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies or photographic
prints are acceptable.
Digital photographs should be submitted at 150dpi. All digital files must not exceed 4MB (megabytes) per file in RGB format, or saved as JPEGs (.jpg) format, and
must be at least 1,000 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,000 pixels tall (if a vertical image). Photographs must have been taken within two (2) years before the
date of entry and may not previously have won an award in the Caribbean Photo Contest. Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable, as is
cropping. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched panoramas are NOT acceptable. Any changes to the original Photograph not itemized here are
unacceptable and will render the Photograph ineligible for a prize. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted
as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud; provided that entrants must be prepared to provide a release form as described below in
“Release”. Photographing the work of others is NOT allowed. The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single or series of work of original material taken by the
Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work/s created solely by the
entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or
entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph. The photograph must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor,
contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
The entries will be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria, as defined below. All entries must be submitted and received by October 26, 2024, at 11:59:00
pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider, Internet domain owner, or other person or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to examine the original photograph/source material in order to
confirm compliance with these rules.
Note: The entry submission page is expected to receive many visitors immediately before the entry deadline. If the website is experiencing a lot of traffic, issues
may arise such as slow processing times or the inability to submit entries. To avoid these potential problems, you are encouraged to submit your entries about 14
days before the entry deadlines.
ENTRY FEES
The “Youth” contest is Free to Enter. No fee is required. Contestants can submit (1-5 images). There is no limit on number of contest
entries.
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open only to Youth registered at an accredited college or university who are 18 years of age and no older than 30 at the
time of entry. Submission entries must be images created by the contestant. Any entries submitted that prove to be created by anyone
other than the contestant will automatically be disqualified from the competition and will also be banned from participating in any other
contest promoted by the Caribbean Photo Contest LLC – CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
TAX CONSEQUENCES
Federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. The determination of liability for any federal, state and/or local
taxes that may arise out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest (including the entrant’s receipt of any prizes), and the payment of
any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. However, should federal, state and/or local law impose any tax
reporting or filing obligations on Caribbean Photo Contest LLC and arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest (including the
entrant’s receipt of any prizes), the entrant agrees to timely provide with any information that is reasonably necessary for Caribbean
Photo Contest LLC to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations. In addition, should federal, state or local law impose any tax
withholding obligation on with respect to Caribbean Photo Contest LLC entrant’s receipt of any prizes, the entrant agrees to such
withholding and shall timely provide any information to Caribbean Photo Contest LLC as may be required for Caribbean Photo Contest
LLC to accomplish such withholding.
PRIZES
Grand prize winner will receive prizes that consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or duplicate
prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for any other prize. Regulations and conditions may
apply. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return within (10) days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit,
Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible a Publicity Release and Warranty of Ownership
and License in which contestant warrants, they are the owner of the Photograph/Image and grants the CPC. The Sponsor has the right
to utilize the photograph/image in any and all media without any additional compensation. If the Grand prize winner cannot be
contacted contestant will automatically be disqualified. The Caribbean Photo Contest LLC reserves the right to determine an alternate
winner or not to award that winner’s prize. Any decisions regarding prizes awarded are the sole discretion of Caribbean Photo Contest
LLC.

entry fee is USD $25 per entry for a single image/ $40.00 per entry for a Series (2 to 10 images). To enter, visit
www.caribbeanphotocontests.com to complete an entry form with the required information, including your name,
address, telephone number, e-mail address, and photo caption (if desired, but not required); and submit along with
your fee and photograph in accordance with the instructions that follow.
Each entry must comply with the following requirements (the “Photograph Requirements”):
REQUIREMENTS
Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible. No print or film submissions will be
accepted for entry into this Contest. The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives,
transparencies or photographic prints are acceptable. Digital photographs should be submitted at 150dpi.
All digital files must not exceed 4MB (megabytes) per file in RGB format, or saved as JPEGs (.jpg) format, and must
be at least 1,000 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,000 pixels tall (if a vertical image). Photographs must have
been taken within two (2) years before the date of entry and may not previously have won an award in the Caribbean
Photo Contest.
Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable, as is cropping. High dynamic range images (HDR)
and stitched panoramas are NOT acceptable. Any changes to the original Photograph not itemized here are
unacceptable and will render the Photograph ineligible for a prize.
Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not
constitute copyright infringement or fraud; provided that entrants must be prepared to provide a release form as
described below in “Release”. Photographing the work of others is NOT allowed.
The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single or series of work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By
entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original
work/s created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of
privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
The photograph must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative,
defamatory, sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
The entries will be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria, as defined below. All entries must be submitted and received by February 28, 2025, at 11:59:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet domain owner, or other person or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to examine the original photograph/source material in order to confirm compliance with these rules.
Note: The entry submission page is expected to receive many visitors immediately before the entry deadline. If the website is
experiencing a lot of traffic, issues may arise such as slow processing times or the inability to submit entries. To avoid these
potential problems, you are encouraged to submit your entries about 14 days before the entry deadlines.

Series (2 to 10 images) *: $40.00 USD
Professional must include the appropriate entry fee payable in U.S. currency.
PAYMENT: The entry fee consists of two submission options 1) $25 USD – single image entrance fee or 2) $40.00
USD-Series (2 to 10 images) entrance fee. There is no limit on the number of entries.

CATEGORIES
The Winter 2025 contest is an “Open Theme”. There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Each entry must comply with the following requirements previously stated above.
IDENTIFYING MARKS & SIGNATURES
No signature, stamp or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the image or digital file. Any submissions
that include or contain such marks are automatically disqualified.
CONTEST PRIZES
One Grand Prize will be awarded.
Grand Prize: (1) A 5-day / 4-night stay at TBD for the winner
and one (1) guest in 2025; (2) The winning image will be featured on the CPC website, newsletter and social media.
The Grand Prize will include five (4)-day four (3) nights’ accommodations at Bay Gardens Beach Resort (4 Star – award winning resort), ground transportation between the airport and hotel; and meals and other items including trip details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026, or prize trip will be forfeited. Airfare is NOT included. Travel expenses to/from the prize winner’s home city are not included. Trip dates relate to travel from the United States. Accommodations are subject to availability. Trip specifics are subject to availability. Travelers agree to accept the Caribbean Photo Contest terms and conditions for the trip. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation; meals; incidentals; gratuities; passenger tariffs or duties; airline fees; surcharges; airport fees; service charges or facility charges; personal charges such as alcoholic beverages, spa services, and Internet usage; security fees; taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. The winner and his/her travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the trip for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is US $4,750.
Potential winners shall be required to sign and return within ten (10) days following an attempted notification, an
Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release
and Warranty of Ownership and License in which the entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the photograph
(and all the intellectual property rights in the photograph submitted) and grants to Sponsor and its licensees the
irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works
of the entry (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest without additional
compensation. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Sponsor by the specified deadline may
result in disqualification from the Contest, and selection of an alternate potential winner. No prize transfer,
assignment, or substitution by winners permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its
discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the
equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE, WHETHER BY REGULAR
MAIL OR BY E-MAIL, MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATIVE POTENTIAL
WINNER.
JUDGING
All-Entrants
A panel of Caribbean Photo Contest panel of Judges in photography (the “Judges”) will each review all eligible
entries based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (1) Creativity 50%; (2) Photographic quality 50% and select
a group of entries from contestants that become finalists. Finalist entries will be judged based on creativity,
photographic quality and effectiveness in expressing the contest theme. The Grand Prize Winner, Finalists and
Honorable Mention will be announced and published on the “Caribbean Photo Contest” website and social media.

Mention). Prize winners will be notified by email and announced on our website, e-newsletter, no later than 6 weeks after the end date of the contest.)
The CPC reserves the exclusive right regarding judging to determine winners. Decisions of the Judges are final and
binding. Sponsors reserve the right not to award all prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are
received, as determined by Sponsors and Judges in their sole discretion.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. Grand Prize winners’ will be notified the week of March 16, 2025, via email and on the CPC website at www.caribbeanphotocontests.com. The announcement period also identifies contestants who are designated as Finalists and an Honorable Mention.

ENTRANT LICENSES/RELEASES
By submitting images, you understand and agree that selected entries and the entrants’ names can and may be used
and published by Caribbean Photo Contest LLC or any other Authorized Party in any CPC contest and all CPC
promotional or advertising material, publications, or its own website, or any other media at the discretion of the CPC.
All copyrights are retained by the photographer. Recognition will be given to the photographer whenever possible. By
entering the Contest, Professional grant a royalty free irrevocable perpetual non-exclusive license in the entries to
Authorized parties and Acknowledge that Authorized Parties may use the entries and a name credit in any media now
or hereafter known, without the restriction, including commercially fully using and exploiting the entries possible.
Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a
winner. Authorized parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in
connection with such use or exploitation. Consequently, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the
unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Contest, and pictures or likeness of Contest
entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion. Authorize Parties will not be required to pay any additional
consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or exploitation. If the photograph or
photographs submitted contain any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject
to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining,
prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use
of the photograph in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation. If any person
appearing in any photograph is under the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence the signature of
a parent or legal guardian is required on each release.
Upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s
request) a signed release from all persons who appear in the photograph submitted, and/or from the owner of any
material that appears in the photograph entry, authorizing Sponsor and its licensees (“Authorized Parties”) to
reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of
the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to
provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Contest and selection of an
alternate winner.
Similarly, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of
Sponsor’s request) a signed written license from the copyright owner of any sculpture, artwork or other copyrighted
material that appears in the photograph entry, authorizing any Authorized Party to reproduce, distribute, display and
create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or
hereafter known. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request
may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Finally, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within 10 calendar days of receipt of
Sponsor’s request) a signed written license from the owner of any private property included in the photograph entry,
authorizing any Authorized Party to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entry in
connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. All releases must be
in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Sponsor’s request or
notification, (a) in the event that Sponsor sends the request by postal mail, five business days after the request was
sent by Sponsor, or (b) in the event that Sponsor sends the request by e-mail, on the day that the e-mail was sent by
Sponsor.
By participating, PROFESSIONAL grant the Sponsors and their designees, licensees or affiliates (the “Authorized
Parties”) a non-exclusive, worldwide license, through December 24, 2029, to reproduce, distribute, display and post
the entries online so that viewers may view all competing entries. In addition, each WINNER grants to the Authorized
Parties a license for use of his/her winning entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any
media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to, print or digital publication on the CPC Website
showcasing the winners; and promotions related to the contest. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any
additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
THIRD PARTY RELEASES/LICENSES
Winners authorize Caribbean Photo Contest to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the photograph entry in connection with 2025/26 Photo Contest and promotion of 2025/26 Photo Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to: publication on The CPC website showcasing the winners; The 2025/26 Photo Contest online gallery; the 2025/26 Photo Contest Website and in exhibits and promotions related to the 2025/26 photo contest.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Caribbean Photo Contest, and each of their
respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and
representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related
activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
CONDITIONS
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants agree that this Contest shall be subject to and governed
by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the forum for any dispute shall be in the State of New Jersey, United
States of America. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other
recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this
Contest are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may
apply. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the entries are
illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or
theft.
By entering, entrants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final
and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the entrant wins, that Sponsor may use the
winning photographs and each winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising
relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law). All
federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, fees and surcharges and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and
including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. In the event that
the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or do not respond within 10 days to a winner
notification as required by the “Contest Prizes” Rules above, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another entrant.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or entrant (including an entrant’s
identity and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official
Rules or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to a cyber-attack or attacks, infection by computer
virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or
any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or
proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper
with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. If Sponsors elect to cancel or terminate
the Contest, Sponsors will not retain any rights in the submitted photographs and will return the entry fees.
DATA PRIVACY
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for
the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data
may also be used by the Sponsor to verify the participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number or to
otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. Participants have the right to access, review,
rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by writing to Sponsor at privacy@caribbeanphotocontest.com.
Personal data will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may
elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Caribbean Photo Contest to mail skill
contests or sweepstakes. To elect to have an individual’s name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request
in writing at optout@caribbeanphotocontest.com. This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill
contests or sweepstakes by the Caribbean Photo Contest to such individual.
